My career started as a Chartered Accountant where I spent over 15 years working globally in senior financial leadership roles. I understand the pressures and expectations of working in a corporate environment, as well as those of running your own business as a female entrepreneur.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO THE PROGRAM?

Each of the 12 1:1 sessions are 1 hour long. Outside of this there will be resources for you to work through at your own pace. But as with anything worth having, the more effort you put in, the more you will get out of it! These resources are designed to enhance your life in the long term, so spending an extra hour per week completing this is worth the investment.

I DON’T REALLY KNOW WHAT COACHING IS, CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN?

Coaching is a powerful partnership designed to help you unlock your full potential. Think of it as having a dedicated guide by your side as you work through this process. As your coach, my job is to listen and ask the right questions, helping you pin point exactly what’s important to you.

Unlike counselling or therapy, coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. Rather than dwelling on past experiences or providing direct advice, a coach empowers you to tap into your own wisdom, creativity, and resourcefulness to drive sustainable change and growth.

HOW DO YOU CONDUCT THE 1:1 SESSIONS?

All 1:1 sessions are held virtually via Zoom, at a mutually agreeable time. However, you have the option to do these in person if you live locally to me.

IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN OPTION?

There are two ways to make payment for the program; payment in full prior to our first session or a 3 month plan of equal instalments with the first payment being made prior to out first session.

WHAT IF I NEED ADDITIONAL SUPPORT AFTER THE PROGRAME ENDS?

My ultimate goal is that by completing this program you are empowered to master the art of doing it all without me! But of course I am always here and any clients who have completed the program will have the lifelong option to purchase additional 1:1 coaching sessions should you need further support.
